Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm dropship availability if the products are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer.  However, we pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order to ensure fund availability, which may have an effect on your available credit line.  Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.

If you ordered a special non-stock item, you will be charged once a delivery time is confirmed.

Non-Profit and Public Sector Accounts Setup
Federal, State, and Local Governments as well as Educational Institutions please fax your purchase order directly to sales at 800-984-9366 or 207-973-6763.  No credit application required.  Please allow 24-48 hours for account setup and order confirmation.  Orders will be confirmed to the fax number provided for the billing department.

Payment Terms and Conditions
Standard payment terms are Net 30.
